Each year we all make New Year’s resolutions only to fail as we approach March. By that time, the goals we have set for ourselves to become better have gone out of the window. As we make resolutions year after year, we have not hit our goals each and every time. With failure, we end up giving up and miss on the chance to become better persons. What’s wrong? The resolutions we make is only putting undue pressure that prepares us to fail. The thing is that we have doing resolutions wrong. It is perhaps better that we have realized the things that we have been doing are wrong. It is not just putting our mind into things, but we need to take a look at our lifestyle. It is in the optimization of our lifestyle that we can seen permanent change.
The things that we learned from our parens and school are not enough. We need to unlearn we learned before and start embracing the change that can lead us to an optimized lifestyle. It boils down to understanding your situation. Once we become aware of the situation we are able to address the lifestyle chances that we desire. The problem with some people is that they get into things without realizing the end results. That is why they fail. We change because we know what needs to changed and we learn things that can help us to become better. The transformation will lead you to a better life, a healthier body, and a happier disposition. We all wanted to become positive and be a key game changer. Change is the start of having an optimized lifestyle. The key here is to optimize our life by improving our performance and become a better version.
When we optimize our lifestyle, we generally think about our health. Most of the people who make New Year’s resolutions tend to tinker with their health issues. People tend to make resolutions that will make them stop smoking or lose weight. Our health can be the direct beneficiaries of these resolutions. The sad part is that we tend to fail in fulfilling these resolutions. People are able to transform themselves but fail because they fail because they want it instantly. We never got fat overnight, it took time to get there. It took a lot of time for the negative things in our lives happened. That is why, when we want to get rid of things we need to realize there is a process too. It is a lie to think everything can be changed in an instant.
You learn a lot of lessons from your coach that your parents and school should have taught you. Alas, they too don’t know these lessons. As such, you need to redefine everything to make sense of everything.
